Viessmann uses its best endeavours to ensure that its products are manufactured free from manufacturing and material defects.
Under the standard warranty terms and conditions, Viessmann will repair or replace products affected by a manufacturing or material defect, free of charge, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

Return of Goods.
We very much hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that items sometimes need to be returned.
The condition of returned goods is important. Items should be treated in the same way as goods displayed for sale in a shop and must be unused, unopened and returned with all packaging and seals intact.
Large palletised items, including boilers, heat pumps and cylinders, must be returned as originally delivered, unopened, securely strapped and wrapped to the pallet.
Cylinders must be returned secured to the pallet in an upright position, as originally delivered.
