Viessmann Direct delivers throughout Great Britain using trusted national courier and pallet network partners. This page explains our delivery services, order cut-off times, tracking options and what to expect once your order has been dispatched.


Key Information

  • Boiler and pallet orders: Order before 12:00pm for business day delivery scheduling.
  • Spare parts and parcel-sized products: Order before 2:00pm for business day delivery scheduling.
  • Tracking information is normally provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are subject to stock availability, location and courier performance.
  • We currently supply Great Britain only.


Order Processing

Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders received outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Boilers and palletised products: 12:00pm
  • Spares and parcel-sized products: 2:00pm

Cut-off times are subject to stock availability and may vary during peak periods.


Delivery Services

We use a range of national delivery partners, including DHL, DPD, Royal Mail Group and specialist pallet carriers, depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

The delivery service selected at checkout will determine the estimated delivery schedule available for your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent by email.

Many courier partners also offer delivery notifications, safe-place options and delivery management through their mobile applications and websites.


Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different locations.

Where practical, orders are dispatched complete. However, some orders may be delivered in separate consignments to improve availability and reduce delays.


Pallet Deliveries

Boilers, cylinders and larger products are frequently delivered on pallets.

Please ensure suitable vehicle access is available. Depending on site conditions, deliveries may be made to the nearest safe kerbside location.

Customers should inspect pallet deliveries before signing where possible and report any visible damage promptly.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will normally leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.

Additional charges may apply where a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, restricted access or the recipient being unavailable.


Delivery Expectations

Delivery dates shown on the website or advised by our team are estimated business day schedules and are not guaranteed services unless specifically stated.

While we work closely with our courier partners to achieve the highest possible service levels, occasional delays can occur due to weather, traffic, operational issues or circumstances beyond our control.
