When you purchase a boiler from Viessmann, you can be assured that you are buying a quality appliance backed up by years of engineering expertise. Each of the boiler models within our comprehensive range is equipped with cutting-edge technology and sets new benchmarks. To ensure that you are getting the most out of your Viessmann boiler during the course of its service life, we offer a range of warranty options which will provide you with peace of mind.

Many of our boilers come with a comprehensive 5 year parts and labour warranty, as standard. With other boilers, you have the option to extend this if it is installed by a Viessmann Trained Installer. Full details of the warranty information for specific boilers can be found below.

Vitodens 111 5 Years Option to extend up to 10 years (chargeable), if installed by a Viessmann Trained installer and registered through the installer portal
Vitodens 200 3 Years 5 years as standard if installed by a Viessmann Trained installer and registered through the installer portal with an option to increase to 10 years (chargeable)
Vitodens 222 3 Years 5 years as standard if installed by a Viessmann Trained installer and registered through the installer portal with an option to increase to 10 years (chargeable)
Vitodens 242 2 Years Currently no extended warranty options

2018 Boiler Plus Legislation.
Viessmann Combi boilers are now fully compliant with the Domestic Building Services Compliance Guide (DBSCG) 2018 (for Part L 2013) as standard.
The Weather compensation sensor for the Vitodens 050-W and Vitodens 100-W is now included in the box at no extra cost.

Gas Safe.
Gas Boilers must be fitted and registered by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. For further guidance see Gas Safe - The Law
