Finding the Right Spare Part
If You Know the Part Number
If you already know the Viessmann part number, enter it into the search box at the top of the page and click Search.
Once located, you can view the product details, check availability and add the item directly to your basket.
If You Do Not Know the Part Number
You can search using the first seven digits of your appliance serial number.
For most Vitodens boilers, the serial number can be found on the appliance data badge. Once entered, you can select the correct appliance, browse the exploded parts diagrams and click on the required component to view product information and availability.
Before ordering, always check the product description and the This Product Fits section to confirm compatibility.
Search by Description
You can also search using a product description, such as fan, expansion vessel, diverter valve or PCB.
As multiple products may share similar descriptions, please check compatibility carefully before placing your order.
Availability & Stock
We operate a virtual warehousing system combining stock held by Clipper Enterprises Limited and selected manufacturer stock locations.
Stock indicators are updated regularly throughout the day. Items showing In Stock are normally available for dispatch, subject to order processing and courier scheduling.
Items showing Call for Availability may require additional sourcing or replenishment.
Ordering & Delivery
Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Times
- Boilers and palletised products: 12:00pm
- Spares and parcel-sized products: 2:00pm
Cut-off times are subject to stock availability and may vary during peak periods.

Gas Boilers & Gas Appliance Parts
Under UK law, gas appliances must be installed, commissioned and serviced by a suitably qualified engineer.
Any work involving a gas appliance must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
