ViGuide is the digital tool used by professional installers to commission, service and monitor compatible Viessmann systems.

ViGuide can help installers with:

  • Heating circuit and hot water settings
  • Heating curve adjustments
  • System status checks
  • Fault history and clear text messages
  • Remote monitoring where enabled by the system user
  • Support during service and maintenance visits

ViGuide is intended for professional installer use. Homeowners would normally use the ViCare app.


What is Vitoconnect?

Vitoconnect is an internet interface used to connect certain Viessmann heating systems to the ViCare app.

It is commonly used with compatible older appliances that do not have an integrated communication module.

Vitoconnect connects to the appliance using the Viessmann Optolink connection and connects to the internet using Wi-Fi.

Vitoconnect is generally used for:

  • Remote control through the ViCare app
  • System status information
  • Fault notifications
  • Connection to compatible ViCare accessories

Important Note

Vitoconnect is not normally required for Viessmann appliances that already include an integrated communication module or are built on the Viessmann One Base platform.
