The Vitocal 200-A ie is supplied with a 2-year standard Viessmann warranty.
- 2-year warranty – standard warranty supplied with the product.
- 5-year warranty – available subject to product registration.
- 10-year warranty – available with a Viessmann service contract, subject to an annual fee.

Return of Goods.
We very much hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that items sometimes need to be returned.
The condition of returned goods is important. Items should be treated in the same way as goods displayed for sale in a shop and must be unused, unopened and returned with all packaging and seals intact.
Large palletised items, including boilers, heat pumps and cylinders, must be returned as originally delivered, unopened, securely strapped and wrapped to the pallet.
Cylinders must be returned secured to the pallet in an upright position, as originally delivered.
