Vitocal 200-A ie Basic

The Vitocal 200-A ie Basic is a monobloc air/water heat pump for heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Designed for new build and modernisation projects, it combines the outdoor heat pump unit with a compact wall-mounted indoor controller.

The condition of returned goods is important. Items should be treated in the same way as goods displayed for sale in a shop and must be unused, unopened and returned with all packaging and seals intact.

Large palletised items, including boilers, heat pumps and cylinders, must be returned as originally delivered, unopened, securely strapped and wrapped to the pallet.

Cylinders must be returned secured to the pallet in an upright position, as originally delivered.
