Important

  • Specifications and features may vary by model and configuration. All performance figures are subject to system design, installation conditions and operating parameters.
  • For the indoor units, a Basic or Comfort pre-plumbing jig must be added to the order; see Accessories tab.
  • The heat pumps must be commissioned by Viessmann Technical Service or a specialist heat pump contractor trained by Viessmann.
  • To operate multiple regulated heating/cooling circuits downstream of the heating water buffer cylinder, a separate heating/cooling water buffer cylinder is required.
  • Extensions/accessories are required for the heating/cooling circuits with mixer and optimisation of self-consumption: see Accessories tab.

We very much hope you will be happy with your products, however we do understand items sometimes need to be returned.
Condition is all important, an item should have been treated in the same way as if it was on sale in a shop, unopened and unused with seals intact.
Large palleted items (boilers, heat pumps, cylinders etc.) must be returned as delivered, strapped and wrapped to the pallet, unopened.
Cylinders must be strapped as delivered in an upright position.
