Viessmann UK Warranty Information

Installation, Commissioning & Servicing

To protect the manufacturer warranty, products must be installed, commissioned and serviced in accordance with Viessmann UK instructions and all applicable regulations.

Gas appliances must be installed and serviced by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Oil appliances must be installed and serviced by a suitably qualified OFTEC registered engineer. Heat pump and renewable products should be installed and commissioned by appropriately qualified professionals.

Failure to install, commission, register or service a product correctly may affect warranty entitlement.

Spare Parts, Controls & Accessories

Genuine OEM Viessmann spare parts, controls and accessories may be supplied with their own manufacturer warranty terms.

Warranty periods and claim procedures may vary by product. If you believe a spare part, control or accessory has developed a fault, please contact Viessmann UK or seek advice from a qualified heating professional.

Please retain your order confirmation and invoice, as these may be required as proof of purchase.
