Before Appointing an Installer
Before instructing any installer, we recommend checking that they are appropriately qualified and experienced for the appliance or system being installed.
- Gas appliances should be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
- Oil appliances should be installed by an OFTEC registered engineer.
- Heat pump and renewable products should be installed by appropriately qualified professionals.
- Ask whether the installer has experience with the specific Viessmann appliance being installed.
- Check whether they will complete commissioning and warranty registration where required.
