Buying into Viessmann.
Viessmann use their best endeavours to ensure that their products are manufactured without any manufacturing or material defects.
In order for your boiler to qualify for a free of charge manufacturer’s guarantee period longer than the minimum 2 year period set out in the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, your installation must be registered
with Viessmann within 30 days of purchase/invoice.
You or your installer can register the installation, using the online or offline options available. The free of charge voluntary guarantee period varies by product, please see below for
the period that applies at the time of purchase.

For an extended guarantee, which is offered on some models as a purchase option, your installer must register your installation on the Viessmann Installer Portal for installations in Great Britain.
Return of Goods.
We very much hope you will be happy with your products, however we do understand items sometimes need to be returned.
Condition is all important, an item should have been treated in the same way as if it was on sale in a shop, unopened and unused with seals intact.
Large palleted items (boilers, heat pumps, cylinders etc.) must be returned as delivered, strapped and wrapped to the pallet, unopened.
