    We invest in our own warehousing and hold a range of stock to support domestic and commercial products.
  2. Stock levels.
    Stock indicators are real-time, showing the quantity of stock held.
  3. Back Order.
    If an item is indicated as 'back order' or you require more than the stock level indicated, lead-time to delivery can be anything from next day to 10 days, depending on stock levels at the main UK warehouse. Always call for the latest availability 0333 1231233.

  1. In GB law it is the responsibility of the customer/consumer to make certain gas boilers are installed by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
  2. Additionally any gas work undertaken on a gas appliance must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.

  2. Trade prices are displayed to customers when logged into their Trade Account.

Searching for a Spare Part.

  1. Product Number Not Known.
    a. If you don’t know the product code of the part, you should search using the ‘Help me find a Boiler Part’ facility, the top search box.
    b. Enter the first seven digits of the boiler serial number (normally found on the top of the boiler casing near to the flue tower). Click search, this will take you to the Boiler Diagram page.
    c. Confirm it’s the correct boiler by checking the description and then look for the part required. To change the diagram click on a diagram thumbnail.
    d. When you've found the part, take note of the three digit number and enter it in the product search box and click search, or scroll down and identify it from the number/picture. Click ‘view details
    e. Confirm it’s the correct part, enter the quantity and click ‘Add to Order.’ To carry on shopping click 'back' (twice).
  2. Product Number Known.
    a. If you know already know the product number, enter it in the middle search box and click search, the product will then be displayed.
    b. Alternatively enter the details on the 'Quick Order' form and click 'Go.' This method is useful when you have several parts to order.
  3. By Description.
    a. Enter the part description in the bottom search box. This method will display all items with that description, which may result in several items, with the same description, for different boilers being displayed.

    Unless you already know the product number, the preferred search method is the top one, using the first 7 digits of the boiler serial number.
