Our website is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for shopping.
Our office hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Subject to availability, normally we only ship goods on weekdays.
Anything ordered over a weekend or bank holiday is picked, packed and shipped the next working day for delivery the following day.
Cut off for next day delivery (subject to availability and terms) is 12:00pm for boilers and 4pm for spare parts.

Pricing Policy

We invest in our own warehousing and hold a range of stock to support domestic and commercial products.

Stock levels.
Stock indicators are real-time, showing the quantity of stock held in our Salisbury warehouse.

Boiler Availability
We stock a small number of boilers in Salisbury for local trade. Although a boiler may indicate 'back order' generally it will be available and shipped direct from the main Viessmann Hub in Burton-upon-Trent (see below).

Back order
If an item is on 'back order' or you require more than the stock level indicated, lead-time to delivery can be anything from next day to 10 working days, depending on stock levels at the main UK hub.

Delivery Updates.
If delivery times are critical, or the item is noted as 'back order,' please call for an up-to date delivery forecast.

Split Deliveries.
Only a single shipping charge is made so we normally ship your order when the order is fully complete.
If an item is on 'back order' it could delay shipping more urgent items in a multiple item order.
If you wish to split your order into more than one delivery please call to arrange.
A split delivery may incur additional carriage charges.

Searching for a Spare Part.
Product or Part Number Not Known.
a. If you don’t know the product code of the part, you should search using the ‘Help me find a Boiler Part’ facility, located in 'Parts Search' (to the right of the logo).
b. Enter the first seven digits of the boiler serial number (normally found on the top of the boiler casing near to the flue tower). Click search, this will take you to the Boiler Diagram page.
c. Confirm it’s the correct boiler by checking the description and then look for the part required. To change the diagram click on a diagram thumbnail.
d. When you've found the part, take note of the three digit number, scroll down and and look it up in the diagram parts list. Click on the image to view details.
e. Confirm it’s the correct part by clicking on the image for the full description and list of boiler the part 'Fits.
f. Enter the quantity and click ‘Add to Order.’

Product Number Known.
a. If you already know the product number, enter it in the 'Part Search' search box and click search, the product will then be displayed.

By Description.
a. Enter the part description in the 'Part Search' search box.
This method may result in several items with the same description.
Click on the part image and confirm its the correct part for your boiler by checking the Product Information and This Products Fits list. If in doubt please call for assistance.

a. Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, IP address blocking and 3D secure.
Once on Sage Pay’s systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government, the encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract.
b. The data held is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Checks & Compliance.
a. Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
b. Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance.

In GB law it is the responsibility of the customer/consumer to make certain gas boilers are installed by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
Additionally any gas work undertaken on a gas appliance must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
